This is a large Wi-Fi dongle + USB 2.0 2-port hub combo device. It's branded to be targeted towards usage with the Raspberry Pi in the FCC photos (Egoman manufactures the Pi for Chinese and Taiwanese distribution).

The FCC manual seems to indicate it's using BCM43143 (brcmfmac supported..).

The hub IC may be from Genesys Logic..
